Products

Worlds of Magic sells products related to the universe of collectible card games and other related merchandise. Product descriptions are provided on each product page. We do our best to ensure that the descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Product images are not contractual.

Product Availability

All products offered are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after placing an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. You can choose between a refund or a replacement with an equivalent product if possible.

Orders

The order process proceeds as follows:

• You add the desired products to your cart.
• You follow the steps to finalize the order, providing the required information.
• You select a payment method and proceed with the payment.

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Worlds of Magic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including fraud or non-payment.

Price and Payment

Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs. These costs are indicated separately during the finalization of the order.

Worlds of Magic reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order placement.

Delivery

Delivery Areas

We deliver to France and Europe. If a product cannot be shipped to your country, this will be specified during the order process.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for France and 7 to 10 days for Europe. However, these timeframes are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, transport delays, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the products. The costs will be indicated before finalizing the order.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons and without incurring any penalties, except for return shipping costs. The period starts from the receipt of the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision in writing (by email at elderspawn@hotmail.fr).

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged, with all original accessories and packaging. Returned products that are damaged or incomplete will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund

Warranty and Claims
